Interview
Large company that can be difficult for someone outside CBRE to get interview without a referral. Once you get past HR screening, interviews with hiring managers varied. Some were very conversational, others seemed to follow a script, others didn't even feel like an interview. I often didn't get any feedback from the hiring team or HR rep.
