Several Interviews, both on the telephone and in person. They wanted to ensure that everyone was part of a team, hard working and here for a possible life time career.

Interview
I initially interviewed with the hiring manager and then the hiring manager's supervisor, which both of whom would be on the team for my first position within the company. After interviewing, the hiring manager informed me that she would like me to start ASAP and that I would be a great fit for the team and the company. I accepted the offer once I received it and have been happy at CBRE ever since.
