More personable you have to make sure you have social and analytical skills. Don't be too cocky but know your information and have several questions to ask. Always ask to meet with more people even if you don't get position

I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
