Too many layers that did not know what skills to look for. Role was completely new to the team and client. Lengthy cultural fit interview with a very large panel.

Interview
I met with CBRE manager/employees and one client representative. However, I did not interview with the Client VP, who did not believe in change management nor wanted to fund my salary. This was a huge mistake.
