Interview
One video question interview then invited to the Atlanta office to interview with two to three different people. They asked the typical interview questions. Be prepared to speak about your real estate experience.

It was more conversational but why CBRE, what are some past projects you’ve worked on/ do you have any real estate experience.
The interview process is conducted over zoom. The company asks about prior relevant experience and interest in the field, above all else. The total interview will be around half an hour.
Hirevue followed by one zoom interview, very behavioral. Never got an answer back after following up with them. Interviewed for multiple locations and all were the same process. Just know about the company and your resume.

All easy behavioral questions. Come prepared with good questions to show some real estate knowledge. Started with phone call with recruiter and ended with super day via zoom with local brokers/employees. Lots of applications every year.
