Resume shortlisting was done then followed by , group discussion with current topic in construction industry where very few candidate where shortlisted then proceeded with finally personal interview with the panel to which HR releated questions and technical questions were asked followed by experience in internship
Great, super easy interview. Felt like a conversation and it was really easy to explain how I work as an employee. We did get a little bit off topic but ended up coming right back. I felt I could express myself as an employee so that was great.
