I applied online. Got an email from the recruiter to schedule a phone screen interview A week after that the recruiter called . The interview took 20 minutes. It went well and the recruiter was friendly

Quick they will hire anyone you do not need a degree. They ask you if you know about CRE but if you Dont it's okay anyway. Just be yourself and honest and you can get this position which is a entry level position.
