I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.

I was asked in detail about my financial skills, ability to do budgets etc.

Interview
I had a connection within the division, which really opened the way for my transfer to this division. I have found that with this department it is good to have your resume on file and have continued communication with management, because personnel changes at a moments notice and then there is a need to fill the position.

Interviewed with one manager and later with 2 senior managers on a different day. They were all very professional and well organized. The manager was relocating to another office and they were looking for a replacement,

It was a fast process. Very professional and friendly especially if you have experience in real estate property management. The team is eager to hire if you have experience or show lots of interest.
