It was a little all over the place. The person I met and interviewed by was continuously interrupting. While I was answering the questions. This disturbs the candidates comfort zone

What different have you done in your tenure? What is that one thing that you have done and made u happy?

Interview
It took 3 months with weeks in between with no communication. Phone interview with the recruiter, director of HR, Sr. HR Mgr, account manager then another account mgr. Basically the same questions. One in-person interview. Test assessment. They make you go through the entire process and then send you a generated "thank you for your interest" email of rejection. Horrible interview standards and lacks the personal touch. False hopes. To go that far in an interview, it would be courteous to at least provide an explanation or a phone call of rejection. Horrible!

Interview
There were a total of 3 rounds on three different days! On the first day, was made to wait for 2 hours! There was no feedback after the first round, then suddenly got a call to attend another round after 2 weeks! Post that round was called for another one where I was made to meet the team too! They said they would get back in two days and well it has been more than 7 months that and I heard nothing from them! No feedback - Positive or Negative! Very Disappointed with the process
