Phone interview with manager then on site interview with chief and manager followed by a long HR process almost a month. interview questions were about knowledge and procedures like how to put a chiller on line.

Teams interview, very straightforward, very ,relaxed, open and honest about the role, details on traiining and expectations for e learning, all bases covered on salary grade system and progression, c ompany structure and setup of support systems covered in depth,

Interview
Was very nice. Asked some questions but mostly explained their expectations. It was a comfortable feeling. Did not get to meet anyone higher than the Chief engineer. That was a little frustrating.
