For Project Management, if you have experience and make them understand you will work for less pay Don't worry about anything. You are hired. The standard has come down drastically. They don't have a standard interview process and recruit based only by employee referral.
Fairly average. Questions were standard. Process was standard to others. They did ask about my background knowledge on the company and the company values. Remote interview process. Nothing un ordinary.
