The Interview process was extremely easy. I was interviewed at the height of COVID, through a webcam. The questions were basically scenario-based questions and how would you respond to those instances, specifically high-stress situations.

Describe a time when a customer was mad at you and how did you resolve the issue?
Describe to me a time when you made an error at work, and the impact your mistake made. How did you correct the mistake, and what did you learn from it?

Interview
You basically sit in a locker room waiting to be called into another room is handed 5 forms to fill out sit there playing with your thumbs after asking where the person was because you finished the paperwork.

Interview
Very simple. Not a lot is needed going into the job in terms of knowledge, just stick to being willing to adapt and compromise. They are looking to hire those willing to learn, not necessarily those with experience.
