Interview
The first contact I got from the Cascination, was an email inviting me to perform a technical assessment through a web platform with a cold HR team signature (there was no name of the person that wrote the email - I assume it's automatic).
No prior phone or video calls to present the company and the vacancy - just jump straightforward to the technical part (which is not really that technical).
During the assessment, you and your screen is being recorded.
+80% of the questions of the assessment have nothing to do with the job description - be prepared to solve random IQ tests, basic math problems, and answer work-related behavior situation based questions.
No feedback from the company at any stage of the interview process - aka "Ghosting"

Question 1
Not exactly the question I had to answer, but you it is just to give you the idea of what to expect:
There are two type of fruits on a scale: bananas and oranges. The total weight is 10kg. Knowing that each orange weights 150g and each banana weights as much as two oranges, how many yellow fruits there are in total?

Question about what would you do if your team likes to discuss work related questions on non-work time: would you join a dinner/lunch with your team and skip your personal appointment? Are you willing to adjust your personal life to accommodate company discussions outside of business hours?
Write C++ code to solve some random algorithms (similar to what you can find on the Leetcode, Testdome or Hackerrank).
The problems are not complex, but if you don't have experience with C++ you may struggle.
