The Interview process is Fine, Person who took the interview was well experienced with technologies.
Asked good questions related to backend as well as front-end technologies ranging from basic level to advanced levels with a bit of Data Structure tone in it.
But the Management is worst. They took 10 days to get me a result of the first round which was telephonic and then they called me to there office and took a face to face interview round another 10 days for the second round and then took an almost a week for announcing a results of the second round and they again called me for an Aptitude round which was quite irritating because no one expects an Aptitude as a final round after two interviews have been done and then they rejected me which they told me after 15 Days.
So this the worst process ever faced of rejecting the candidate based on Aptitude round and that too after taking 2 interviews and some days later I got to know that they have frozen the hiring.
So to Hr level peoples if your hiring has been stopped or whatever the reason is, Please don't waste anyone's time calling for other rounds!
