The interview was very casual. As a male, I was not expected to wear a necktie or suit. I wore a polo shirt. My future supervisor interviewed me and even recommended that I apply for a higher-level position than his.
I was asked to submit a writing sample.

Why did you leave your case manager job at Bronx Works?
The interview process was quick and the interviewers asked a lot of great questions. I was interviewed via zoom and had 3 different interviewers at different levels asking me a variety of questions.

Was easy and polite. Thy were friendly and makes me feel secure although I was nervous. The facility is clean and neat! They have parking onsite and the area looks safe!
