First they give you a phone screen with developers on the team. Then they ask you to do a take home test and another phone screen. They fly you out to do a full day, in office interview that takes several hours

During the phone screening, they explained the responsibilities of the role, the type of projects I would be working on, and described the company’s work culture. They also asked whether I felt comfortable with the expectations and if the position aligned with my interests and career goals.

First interview is simple, asking about background, etc., I made it through to the next round, which is a coding interview, but it got canceled on the day of. No follow-up emails or communication after.
