By The Hand interview questions

Online application, in person interview with Director of Learning, and practice teach where you prepare 1-2 lessons for 1-1 reading intervention. The Director of Learning provides you with the students' reading levels and struggles ahead of time so you can craft a specialized lesson.

You meet with the director of By the Hand, and then you meet the director of the branch you will be a part of. After that, you perform one teaching session while the director watches, and that can be kind of nerve-racking.
