A short excel test, for around 30 minutes, utilising data to assess expansion options for a company, which is discussed in the later interview, which is with 3 members of Buzzacott, the whole process lasted about 1-2 hours.

Interview
Two stage interview. Firstly with managers and HR and then with a partner. The interview with the managers is mainly about your competencies while the partner interview is much more informal.

Interview
Online assessment followed by first round interview. The first interview included a case study, but for me this wasn’t really discussed in the interview. Questions in the interview were quite standard, nothing really unexpected, and interviewers were pleasant. Second round interview not long after and felt like more of a chat to see if you would fit in.
