Incredibly thorough & professional. Starts with a phone screen, then a pair of virtual programming interviews, then proceeds to a full-blown day on-site at HQ in Guilford, CT, including a 30-45 minute technical presentation, 4 rounds of tandem interviews, a chat with the president, and a bar hour to meet the rest of the team at the end. I enjoyed the experience quite a bit.
