They really wanted to get to know you as a person. Explained the job in excellent detail so you knew what your role entailed. Presented an engaging presentation about their company and it's role in the market. Made you feel comfortable and understood that interviews are intimidating. Took around 10 minutes. Seemed more like a conversation than a one person does the talking interview.
