Initial Video Interview, followed up with a normal panel interview. Video interview is efficient but seems very cold, I am not a fan of this type and would rather have a screening with an actual person.

WebCam interview in which various questions were asked but you had plenty of time to review the question before answering. You also had one chance to "do over" a question if you aren't satisfied with your answer.
