Their interview process is simple, you start off with a video interview and then complete an online interview with 2-3 other people. The video interview is timed you get about 11 questions and 2 minutes to answer and record your answer for each. You are given two attempts for each question

Video recording interview. Couldn't even speak to a real person. Questions were not hard but felt like they did not care since they didn't bother getting a real person to do the interview.

Was a very relaxed interview process, made me feel comfortable and allowed me to present my best self. I had no issues scheduling the interview either, a very smooth process overall.

The first stage is with HR, with standard questions as to why you are interested in the company, field, and your personal interests. Just make sure to do some research into the company and how they align with your interests.
