Applied Online, took 3-4 months to hear back, they sent an asynchronous interview to complete. While the questions weren't hard it made the interview just a bit harder as there was no one to talk to.

Pre recorded interview was basic questions, including diversity related questions and why you want to join the company. You get one chance to redo your answers to the questions and its timed as well, i think under 2 minutes,
