Interview
I filled out the application online and received a call for the hiring manager two hours later. I scheduled my interview for the next day & was asked general interview questions. Later that day the hiring manager called me in again to have an interview with a supervisor also. I initially applied for seasonal sales associate ended up taking the job being offered and was asked to stay permanently after the holiday season was over.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
