One 30-minute call with a recruiter from Burlington. This phone call is used to introduce the position and get to know the candidate, as well as talk about what will be required in daily tasks. However, depending on the recruiter conducting the phone screen, they can come across as very cold and uninterested, which can feel extremely intimidating.
