It was a phone interview and they asked me questions mostly that involve customer like how would I handle a situation with a customer or with an angry customer, things like that

they were in need of help asap their receiving team was a mess literally they disclosed that during the interview. It was both the assistant store manager and store manager who interviewed me. they asked where i worked before and how far did i live from the store
It was fast and basic questions that are easy to answer like your strengths and weaknesses are you a team player it was 10-15 minutes long and just have conversation with the interviewer
