Burlington interview questions

Internal hire had interview with the store manager and assistant store manager. Asked questions about previous situations where I delivered excellent customer service, solved customer issues, etc. Our regional manager was also involved in the hiring process. Overall, it was an average process.

first round interview was recorded on HireVue. They recommended to complete in 48 hours. There are also a couple of games to play after questioning to evaluate skills and personality
