Interview
Two rounds of interviewing by HR; one is analytical and the other a culture fit. If you pass both, they fly you to Miami for all day in person interviews.

Questions to put you under pressure and see how you react; ie 10 things you can do with a pencil other than writing in less than 1 minute...Go! If you submerge a rubix cube in paint, assuming it has a 10x10 volume, how many pieces would be untouched by paint?
so basically the interview was pretty cool and asked about stuff and more stuff and burgers and fries. Asked if I had job experience cooking and I did have experience cooking.
They pay close attention to the way you dress. Make sure you wear a dress shirt and a tie and nice shoes. Maybe throw the suit jacket on if you are feeling nicey.
