      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bupa (Perth, Western Australia)

      Interview

      First they put you through a intense telephone interview where they will ask you different questions. Then invite they invite you in for a face to face. Both interviews went really well. I asked about the last interview steps and saying if I was successful I would be contact by bupa with a police clearance and reference check. I got sent this email. Congratulations..not ! This police check takes around 2 hours to do ! After this was all completed I got a call from the company telling me I will have to attend another interview as they have swapped managers ! I attended a second interview which went really well, they explained that this was just to meet the new manager and I basically had the job , I was told I would hear by themself’s the next day..a whole week goes ..nothing, no reply’s to my email trying to get ahold of the manager. Not returning calls either. I was made to wait a whole week just to be told that I was now unsuccessful. Absolutely vile behaviour. Due to being told I basically had the job I turned down other job opportunities! Now my family our suffering ! Obviously for a company that cares they don’t care enough to have commen decency to let people who who have invested hours and waited weeks for there company , I personally think they messed up telling me I had the job before letting the new store leader pick her own team. Why start interviewing people if your changing a manager in a few weeks time ? Disgusting people.
