Applied for the new Bellambi store and have just had my group interview. Phone interview- was a breeze, nothing to stress about :) Really simple questions like when are you available? and do you have any medical issues which would impact your working abilities? Group interview- Arrived early and filled out an availability table kind of thing. Then was moved to a room where you had to find your name tag and take a seat. Was briefly introduced to the outline of the day and the staff present, then you had to introduce yourself and say an interesting fact about yourself. We watched a short video and as a group of four had to decide on some bad and good things you could conclude about the shoppers experience, then shared one point each to everyone. There was then a craft/team-work activity where you joined with the same group of people and had to make a product and sell it to the panel of staff and other people in the room :) Quite simple and only took an hour, which went fairly quickly. Waiting for feedback for the 2-1 interview.
