I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bullhorn in Apr 2026
Interview
They don’t mess around with wasting time. I had 4 rounds in 2 weeks. Final round was in person, and they paid for airfare. The test they make you take in the beginning is extremely challenging and very unnecessary. I’m sure they lose a lot of great talent because of it.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience in the staffing industry.
Led thru the process very easily and overall good experience. I did not get the job and was even offered a feedback option to explain to me why I did not. This was super helpful and informative and put me at ease after being rejected. Great people here
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn in Feb 2025
Interview
My first meeting was with the recruiter, Richard. He asked several questions to understand if the position was going to be a fit. I had to complete a CCAT, which was very difficult but I must have passed and I was then set up with a meeting with the hiring manager. This was a 30 minute zoom. Next was another zoom meeting with a potential peer. I was impressed with each member of the Bullhorn organization. Unfortunately, I was not selected to move forward with an in-person interview. Richard booked time with me to share the feedback, which is rare these days. I wish things had gone differently, but the process and feedback were valuable.
