I applied online. I interviewed at BuildingConnected in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied to AutoDesk then received an email with a survey on my experiences. A few weeks later received an email to schedule an interview for a technical screening. Met with 2 engineers during the interview. The first part was talking through a coding exercise (coding solution if possible). The second part was a debugging challenge. Received a phone call with a rejection 3 weeks later.

Interview
Spoke with Recruiter, did the take home challenge and then a review on-site. I found the on-site review to be very stressful. Maybe it was the room or the people in it, but it was uncomfortable. You're expected to have a CS background because it is less on algorithm and more on which data structure you would use. If you don't have a strong CS background, don't bother.

Interview
Introduction went well, was then connected to the hiring rep for the NY office. Seemed as if my resume/background wasn't reviewed, common knowledge about the company wasn't well known or communicated well enough for the questions I asked.
Clearly and quickly stated my experiences in the beginning to then be asked about my past experiences. It was obvious I wasn't being listened to which was very frustrating.
