Very laid back. Phone call and then in person interview just to make sure you have communication skills. First call with hiring manager then in person with a sales manager
There was a screening phone call initially, then a tour and pretty brief interview, and then a zoom walkthrough of a day in the life of a business development representative. I spoke to two managers during the final stage.
