A recruiter contacted me on linkedin. We scheduled a meeting through messages. There was a phone screening, then a 1:1 meeting with the recruiter, then a 1:1 with the vp of sales and then a very brief meeting with the vp of marketing.

What would make you a good candidate for this job?
Very laid bad and straightforward process. Dress code was relaxed but also be professional. Couple different inerviews to make sure you are a good fit and have a clear idea of what the role entails

Pretty straight forward. No "gotchas". Phone interview then onsite, then zoom for the final job shadow. Mostly meeting with managers there after the first phone conversation. Everyone was really nice.
