I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Build Change (Denver, CO) in Sep 2023
Interview
It was requested to complete an impact report and a pitch presentation for the CEO. Hours were spent on this including a one-hour free corporate fundraising consulting interview (session) with the CEO. They decided to email me a week later saying they took a different direction. Be a decent human and call the applicant to let them know. That is the considerate thing to do for a mission-based organization.

Interview

Interview
First there is this written test where questions were wrong and there were too many typos. Too many grammatical errors and not properly formatted word document. Was asked to write some sql queries to extract information from a huge database. First I corrected the questions and then formatted the document ( OCD) and then submit the output.
