I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings in Apr 2011
Interview
Interviewed on the spot when I dropped off an application. I had cleaning and customer service experience which helped get the position. I was offered a position on the spot, promoted to a server in two months and bartender 6 months later.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Columbia, SC) in May 2016
Interview
I filled the application out online and was contacted about an interview 3 weeks afterwards. The interviews were fairly easy. I met first with the FOH manager and then a few days later with the General Manager. It was laid back, and took place in the restaurant at a booth. Both interviewers were friendly and outgoing. (Note: The 1st interview was during operation hours, the second interview was before regular operation hours)
I was asked about my avaliability and flexibility (i.e. If I could attend orientation and if I'd be willing to stay as late as 2 am (weekends). I'm a student, currently taking summer courses, and preparing for graduate exams. I was not interested in the weekend hours and expressed this during interview #1.
During interview #2 I was asked the same questions as in interview #1. I was told I'd hear from them the same day whether I was offered or declined a position. I received a notification the next day via email of a decision.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Rehoboth Beach, DE) in Jul 2015
Interview
You get three interviews with a server or kitchen manager first, AGM next, and GM last. As long as they like your personality then I can pretty much guarantee a job offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings
Interview
The hiring process is pretty straight forward. I got a phone call for a in person interview. There are two interviews total. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
