I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very long; requires extensive knowledge of fashion and fashion retail. My interview took two hours, but I have seen them take as few as 30 minutes. I was sure I would not receive an offer at the end of my interview but there is a tendency toward stoicism in the way interview training takes place at Buffalo.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
