Application, vetted by recruiter via phone call, pre-interview questionnaire regarding sales experience and how one would handle certain circumstances or overcome objections, followed by in person interview with one owner and the head of sales at corporate HQ. I found the interview awkward as the head of sales did not offer much in describing the position or how the sales department operated.

Interview
You have to take 2 tests to get an interview. The tests are analytical questions and a basic Excel test. Interview is pretty easy mostly based around behavioral questions and how you answered questions on the test. I felt that the salary offered wasn't quite competitive considering the amount of time spent on tests to get a interview and the amount of work you would be doing. Had a very poor experience with a manager there who was on his phone for the interview and couldn't care less that I was there. Anyway, position was around 45k(all analyst positions start here) and seemed like a very heavy workload for something that was entry level. I would say if you are looking for something entry level and think the pay is worth it to go ahead and apply, but based on what I was told in the interview you would be the workhorse and the workers were really not friendly.

Interview
The interview process was average. I received a call from the human resources department three days earlier that I have an interview with the company, she then sent the address and details of the company to my email. I prepared for the Interview and made sure that I got to the location 20 minutes before the interview time. The interview team is made up of three people, they asked basic work ethics and management questions which I answered correctly.
