Interviewed By human resources, Nursing Supervisor, and Behavioral Tech Lead. This was unexpected, since that is not who was described would be in the interview in email. The interview was challenging.
The DON was very engaging, personable, and professional. It was apparent that she cares about the staff and the clients. She gave me a tour of the facility after we were finished.
