I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Buckeye Interactive
Interview
Incredibly long and spread out over multiple weeks, the third of which is a day long interview with the entire team. After this interview they took a couple weeks to get back to me although had said they'd get back to me within a week of the interview.
After calling multiple references of mine (who btw said they had felt Buckeye was impatient and short with them) they had another interview with me where they basically expressed their misgivings about me and that they were on the fence about hiring me and I was a second choice. They asked my desired pay and I stated was was on the high end of their bracket, to which they balked.
I was initially stunned by how unprofessional and, frankly, unnecessary this all was, particularly as I had let them know I had another job offer and was deciding between the 2. But once I got off the phone and had a moment to reflect, I called and removed myself from consideration and took the other job offer
I had been excited about Buckeye and enjoyed the assignment part of the interview but the last interaction permanently turned me off.
