The first interview was with the direct supervisor, who was friendly, informative, and attentive. The interview was very comfortable, with an easy conversation and interview questions format. It took a little over an hour. A couple weeks later, I was asked to come back for a second interview with the direct supervisor and the President. This interview was formatted similarly to the initial interview. The President is very personable and discussed the expectations of the position and culture of Buchheit. Overall, the process was smooth, simple, and straight forward.
