The interview process was good and good panel. The position was very specific and routine but noticed there may be a challenge in growth. Overall, the interview experience was well but could have been better.
I applied online. I interviewed at Broward County (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Feb 2024
Interview
They continually contacted me via email, phone x2 within 24 hours to schedule an interview. Following the interview, I sent a thank you to the entire panel and followed up 3 weeks later on the decision making status and did not receive a response to either email by any of the recipients. They sure know how to reach out to you when they want you to interview but cannot respond to a follow up email. You would think that HR professionals would have the professional etiquette to respond.

Questions regarding my knowledge of employment laws. Situational and behavioral questions.
They take a while to contact you for an interview if you’re selected for one. Then they completely ghost you. They are so unprofessional. It is probably for the best. Wouldn’t want to work there if that’s how they treat people.
