I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Brookfield Properties (Portland, OR)
Interview
Interviews process was short however, exhausting. You interview with HR. After that, the VP of Regional Operations. Next came the VP of Asset Management. And the Senior VP of Asset Management. And lastly the Executive Vice President of Asset Management.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brookfield Properties (Boca Raton, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was long and drawn out, for a position they labeled an urgent need I went through 5 rounds of interviews over a 5 month span after which the recruiter informed me I would be receiving an offer the following week. Another month went by before anyone reached back out to notify me I was not selected for the position and they were unable to provide any additional information. The various members of the staff I interviewed with were all great. Kind and Knowledgeable and the interviews themselves were smooth but the process overall and responsiveness of the company gets two thumbs down.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They were typical Ops manager interview questions, nothing out of left field or too technical. They claimed to be in search of a culture match that would be able to grow with the company.
