Interview
Started with an Online Application, I received an email straight away to let me know they had received my application, a few days later, i received an email informing me that i had been invited to a telephone interview, once that was complete, i was emailed with download for psychometric test. Also to invite me for a interview, I was informed it would be behaviour/competency based questions, I would also do a 45 min assessment after the interview.

Greated warmly, interviewers put you at your ease, allowed you to get settled. Discussed job role, followed by various questions to get to know you and your past experience what you can offer, what you understand about aspects of the job role. Time to ask your own questions. After the initial interview there were some written tasks and they gave you plenty of time to answer them. Very relaxed and informative

Very lengthy and thorough. Pre telephone call, questions to answer for personality, 1.5 hour interview by 2 managers and then a written task. Made me feel very comfortable during the interview.

It was a relaxed environment. I felt at ease and was made comfortable and welcome. The managers were personable and friendly. They were both down to earth and asked questions relevant to the role.
