Very easy and simple questions about sales past experience and future goals.
Very short phone interview
Second with branch manager with some difficult level questions. Finally selected and got offer
Had one video interview. basic entry level questions about experience and skills and about what kinda role/career you are looking for.
interview request came through email and there were no other requests
Online application followed by single interview on Microsoft Teams, followed by job offer over the phone within 3 weeks. A background and credit check was required and Brokerlink paid for it.

They asked the questions you would expect about my background, especially since I was coming from a different industry. Some of the other questions I remember were about my approach to changing work processes, dealing with challenging situations with customers, etc.
