Non formal. Interviewer asks interview for help in creating fake reviews on glassdoor. Clearly demonstrates the caliber of person. Low people write fake reviews. Low and _______ write 3 fake reviews all on the same day (when company has had 6 over 10 years+).

Interview
I had a phone interview with mostly behavioral questions with and then a few technicals at the end. Interviewer was young and recent college graduate. Discussed background, the interviewer's background, the firm's culture, and then jumped into a few basic technical questions. Overall, the process was pretty easy.
