fairly easy,
but they flipped on the title last minute and were low balling.
didn't honor job description, poor management and org and hiring experience.
Advice: Ethically speaking, honor what you say in the beginning.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brocade (New York, NY)
Interview
This interview went really well yet they seemed a little unprepared for my application and questions. I asked them where they saw the company 5 years from now and they said that since Broadcom is buying Brocade and splitting the company up, they are unsure. There is a lot of uncertainty in this company right now.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Brocade (Santa Clara, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and was referred. I was contacted quickly by the recruiter and had a good conversation and was told we would move on to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. There was a delay of a few weeks and I had to follow-up with both the hiring manager and the recruiter. After that, I was told I would come in for an in-person interview. Everyone I met with was prepared and friendly. Again, no communication after that interview and again a few weeks went by and I followed-up to see if there were next steps and was told by the recruiter he would look into it. I was eventually told they were hiring someone else. I liked the company and found the recruiter and teams friendly but I found the hiring process slow and un-communicative.
