I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Broadway Diner (Baltimore, MD) in Nov 2012
Interview
It was a very simple interview, as the job position does not require much. I had an appointment to meet the hiring manager. Once I arrived, we had a one-on-one interview. I was asked about my employment history and reasons for leaving, if I understood the job position and could work the unconventional and long hours (overnight, 12 hour shift). I then filled out paperwork for employment (documents needed for taxes and such, I think). Afterwards, we discussed when I would come in for training.
Interview questions [1]
