The process followed was very unique and frankly was one of the reasons that drew me to the company. The company had a highly innovative take on the Group Discussion called Bingo.

This was followed by a deep personal interview which reviewed my entire timeline from birth, to early experiences to why I chose to do my graduation, why I chose to do my MBA and why Broadvision now.

Interview
The interview process was very unique. Our entire class was asked to meet the interviewers. 2 of the interviewers started having a casual chat with us on various individual and social topics and everyone was encouraged to talk and put across their thoughts and ideas. The chat went on for 1 hour. Later we got a call from our Placement in-charge that 5 of us are shortlisted for the next round.
