Invited to tour the school and had a short interview after. I was able to observe in several classrooms which I really enjoyed and appreciated as I was able to get a sense of the ethos of the school and how the students are supported. I was asked questions about my previous experience and work with children with disabilities. Communication post-interview was poor. My references were completed and I missed a phone call and was left a voice message to call back. I emailed the interviewer to schedule a call but did not receive any response. I received notification from the platform where I applied for the job (vic school jobs) weeks later that the role was not successful.
